• Individual cremation guarantees the return of your pet’s cremated remains.
  

• Cremated remains may be buried at Forever Faithful Pet Memorial Gardens (addition fee), placed in a permanent urn, scattered, or prepared for home burial. Other memorial items are available in our selection room.
  

Forever faithful will transport your pet from your local veterinarian’s office to our facility.

• Cremated Remains Returned to Veterinarian.
  

Your veterinarian’s office will call you when the cremated remains are returned to their office.

• Cremated Remains Returned to you at Forever Faithful office.
  

A representative of Forever Faithful will call you when the cremation is completed to make arrangements to return your pet’s cremated remains to you. During the meeting, if you would like to choose a permanent urn, marker or other memorial item for your pet, our staff can assist you.

You may come to Forever Faithful anytime during open hours or call & schedule an appointment.

Individual Cremation

Forever Faithful will return your pets cremated remains in this standard urn, shown above. You may purchase or provide us with an urn of your choice. A Forever Faithful staff member will place your pets cremated remains at no additional charge.

I have called Joe and Rhea, they have been there for me just like it was my first time, with compassion and total understanding. They know it never gets any easier.  Our pets just don't live as long as we might like for them to, but when it does come their time to leave us, I know I can always call on Joe and Rhea at Forever Faithful to help my babies along their way to the Rainbow Bridge, where one day I will be reunited with them all.
